# Gala Dinner Production for Huawuei
				
		
## This is how we took care of the production of the Huawei gala dinner at the Poble Espanyol in Barcelona.

At Eventos Barcelona we were proud to have been chosen to carry out the integral organization of **all Huawei's activities during the well-known Smart City fair**, in collaboration with the leading Shanghai agency **Thornehope International**, with whom we have been working for the last few years. However, our responsibility was not only limited to the overall management of the event. Huawuei also entrusted us with **the artistic and technical production of the gala dinner** at the emblematic Poble Espanyol, dedicated to Huawei's select clients.

The challenge we faced with this **gala dinner production** for Huawei involved **organizing both the artistic and technical production of the event **to ensure an exceptional experience among their most important clients. ### Setting and artistic proposals for the event

Our **silhouette artist** also participated **and interacted with the audience** creating portraits on the spot with a lot of art and creativity.

The evening reached a level of entertainment and elegance with the performance of a **soul music group composed of seven talented female artists**, who delighted the attendees with their music and charisma. The entire event was hosted by a **master of ceremonies specialized in corporate events**, who kept the attendees attentive and entertained throughout the evening.

### Development and execution of technical production

On the technical side, our team was in charge of **the complete installation of the sound system**, ensuring optimal acoustic quality for every moment of the event. W**e also designed and executed the interior and exterior lighting**, creating captivating atmospheres and highlighting the beauty of Poble Espanyol. **The construction of the stage and backdrop** helped set the desired ambience, providing an impressive backdrop for the evening's performances and speeches.
