# Allianz India Annual Convention Organization
				
		
## This is how we organized the Allianz India Annual Convention in Barcelona.

After several months of preparation and **organization of the event**, we were in charge of the **integral production of the annual** Allianz **Convention** held at the Hotel Reinassance Fira de Barcelona in collaboration with the Indian agency FCM Travel. The event was attended by 140 VIPS guests from around the world, who gathered to celebrate the awards ceremony as part of the annual sales convention.

At Eventos Barcelona we took care of each and every detail related to the **artistic and technical production**, from the installation of all the technical equipment such as **LED screens, lighting systems, sound equipment as well as the design and assembly of the stage.** The result, a total transformation from a hotel room to a spectacular stage for a **gala awards** ceremony. 

Our contribution was not only in the technical production, but we also took care of **hiring all the artists for the event**, including batucada groups, Catalan rumba, artists such as silhouette artists and caricaturists during the cocktail party and finally a group that fused Bollywood and flamenco on stage.
