How does rigging work for hanging lighting at a venue?
Depends on the venue. Spaces with fixed structure (hotels, ballrooms) allow direct rigging with anchored points; heritage venues (MNAC, Palau de la Música) require standalone truss that does not touch the walls. We always coordinate with the venue technical direction in proposal phase.
How far in advance should we book lighting?
Standard formats 2-3 weeks. Large productions (100+ fixtures, multiple moving heads, 4-universe consoles) 4-8 weeks. In peak season add 2 weeks.
Do you offer a lighting operator during the event?
Yes. Every rental includes a dedicated operator option. In live show events the operator programs cues synced to show timecode and executes live.
Do you work with outdoor event lighting?
Yes. Many events are outdoor. Outdoor systems require IP54/IP65 (weather resistance), dedicated electrical supply and municipal night-time coordination at several venues.
