Does EB only handle entertainment or also technical production?

Both. Our core is artistic production (concept + shows + artist coordination), but we also integrate technical production when the project requires it: sound, architectural lighting, spotlights, LED screens, staging and structures. One team, one point of contact.

For how many guests do you produce gala dinners?

From 80 guests in intimate premium formats to more than 1,000 in large-format events like the one we produced at the MNAC. Each size requires different production and coordination logic.

Does EB search for the venue or does it need to be already secured?

We can advise on venue if you have not decided yet, leveraging our knowledge of Barcelona spaces. But we are not a DMC: our core is the production of the event itself.

What is the ideal timing to start a gala dinner project?

Ideally between 12 and 20 weeks before the event. In urgent cases we have produced galas with 4-6 weeks lead time, but that limits creative options.

Do you work with DMCs and agencies, or only with the final client?

Both. We regularly work as artistic and technical production partner for international DMCs operating in Barcelona, and we also serve companies directly.

Every show has been tested in a real event with us — it’s not a theoretical catalogue.

Technical production · AV + stages + lighting

We manage the full technical production: scalable sound systems from 100 to 2,000 people, architectural and stage lighting, LED screens, video mapping, stages and structures, rigging and timecode. A single supplier for both artistic and technical eliminates the silo where many events break.

Venue and local supplier management

We know the contacts at the main corporate venues in Barcelona (MNAC, Museu Marítim, Palau de la Música, Poble Espanyol, Llotja de Mar, Casa Batlló, Hotel Arts, W Barcelona, Castell de Montjuïc) and we work regularly with premium catering, florists, furniture, hostesses and local support suppliers. We coordinate with them so the whole works — without you having to make 15 calls.

How we work with international DMCs and event agencies

Approximately 40% of our projects come through DMCs and agencies that hire us as a local production partner. The other 60% are international clients working directly with us. Both flows work.

We are the production partner, not the competition

We don’t manage hotels, airport transfers or destination logistics — that’s your core as a DMC and we’re not going to try to do it. Our core is the artistic and technical layer inside the event, which probably isn’t your core. We combine both and the client sees an integrated service with no friction.

Multi-language coordination (ES · EN · CAT)

Our entire commercial and production team works in Spanish, Catalan and English. For French, Italian or German markets, we coordinate with the single point of contact the partner provides. Communication with the end client is led by whoever fits the project (agency, DMC or EB directly).
