Private party for Canada Tourism during the IBTM Fair
Recently, we had the privilege of participating in the organization of a private party in Barcelona for Tourism Canada. The experience met and exceeded the expectations of the attendees.
In collaboration with a Canadian event agency, we organized a spectacular private event at a well-known restaurant in Barcelona. This private event was designed to celebrate the spirit of the International Business Tourism Trade Fair, known as IBTM, which was held in Barcelona.
With around 200 people in attendance, the atmosphere was full of excitement and energy. It was an exceptional opportunity to create a unique experience in which Eventos Barcelona created an exclusive private party combining the elegance of the location with personalized details and surprising attractions for the guests.
On this occasion we had as location the Restaurant El Mamón, where our attendees celebrated their private party in Barcelona. Located in the heart of the city, and with an elegant and cozy atmosphere, this location made an exclusive event for the guests.
At Eventos Barcelona we transformed the space according to the preferences of our clients. And it was thanks to the collaboration of all the details that we had as a result a personalized and sophisticated atmosphere.

During the event held for the IBTM trade show, we designed a spectacular environment that reflected the essence of tourism in Canada. We were dedicated to creating a captivating atmosphere through meticulously planned lighting and themed décor inspired by Canadian landscapes and culture. Our lighting specialists employed state-of-the-art techniques to enhance details and create stunning visual effects that transported attendees to iconic Canadian destinations. The décor, from natural elements to regional landmarks, was carefully selected to reflect the country’s charm and diversity. Every detail, from the bright lights to the floral arrangements inspired by Canadian nature, contributed to making this event an unforgettable experience for everyone at the IBTM show.

Light Painting Photocall: a touch of originality for a private party
During the event for the IBTM trade show, we offered an exclusive Light Painting photocall. This long exposure technique created unique and original backgrounds with surprising shapes and colors, reflecting the essence of tourism in Canada. Attendees enjoyed fun photo shoots, taking home unforgettable memories of their experience at the event. Light Painting’ s photocall was one of the highlights of the IBTM show for the Canadian tourism client.
