At Eventos Barcelona we can say that we have had the honor of producing the Hewlett Packard Gala Dinner in conjunction with a well-known event agency in Madrid. This exclusive event, aimed at executives from Spain and Portugal, was held in the emblematic Sala Comillas of the Museu Marítim de Barcelona, as part of the congress that welcomed more than 10,000 people at Fira 2 in Barcelona.
One of our main challenges was to create an experience that combined a welcoming setting with a first-class technical and artistic production for such a select audience.
To do so, we decided to take advantage of and highlight the architecture offered by the Sala Comillas, as well as to creating a dynamic, entertaining and premium program for the attendees. Below we detail how we were able to achieve our objectives.
The organization of this event represented a challenge for Eventos Barcelona, which required a combination of creativity and venue experience to ensure its success.
We immersed ourselves in the ambience and decoration of the Sala Comillas at the Museu Marítim de Barcelona with an original and attractive approach. We used carefully selected chill out furniture to meet one of the objectives of the event, to design a relaxed, open and comfortable space to create an ideal environment for networking. As a visual element, we designed lighting that highlighted the impressive columns of the room, transforming the space into a welcoming and visually stunning atmosphere with several gobos around the room. Every detail was carefully considered to create a captivating environment.
The coordination of the technical and artistic production was tailored to the needs of the client, whose main concern was that the entire space had a good visibility of the stage, so we set up 4 giant screens strategically located around the room to broadcast live with 3 TV cameras every moment of the event.
From the awards ceremony to the captivating performance of our jazz band, every moment was perfectly executed by our event manager, ready to anticipate any live eventuality. Finally, we had the special engagement of a famous TV monologuist, whose presence added a touch of humor and entertainment to the gala.
