The client, a national reference bank, wanted to offer its team a high-level experience to thank them for their commitment during the year. They opted for a concept that was both daring and elegant: an evening in the style of The Great Gatsby, set in the Roaring Twenties.
We transformed an exclusive venue in the center of Barcelona into an authentic underground club: Art Deco decoration, golden lighting, live jazz and an artistic display thought out in detail.
The party was conceived as an immersive experience with multiple scenic and participatory elements:
– Cabaret dancers welcomed the guests with Charleston-style choreography.
– Actors dressed as flappers, mobsters and period characters interacted with guests during the dinner.
– A themed casino area was one of the great attractions of the evening. Through our casino table rental service for events, attendees were able to enjoy roulette, blackjack and poker with professional dealers.
– Live swing music reinforced the festive and sophisticated atmosphere.
This approach made it possible to turn the dinner into a complete experience: participatory, visual and emotional.
The customer feedback was excellent. The bank’s 200 employees enjoyed a unique evening, totally different from typical company dinners. The commitment to a thematic experience not only surprised, but also generated a high level of emotional connection and internal recognition.
