Hewlett Packard, better known as HP, is an American technology company based in California, that manufactures and markets hardware and software, and provides computer-related support services. It is considered one of the pioneers in the consolidation of Silicon Valley as the epicenter of international technology. Eventos Barcelona collaborated with its agency in Madrid to organize the production of a spectacular gala dinner at the Cúpula de las Arenas as part of the Discover 2014 annual convention.
The goal was to create an exceptional setting in the emblematic Cúpula de las Arenas in Barcelona that would reflect the innovative essence of Hewlett Packard and, at the same time, meet the expectations of the more than 700 guests from Spain and Portugal attending this gala dinner as part of the annual convention. The technical production was the biggest challenge we took on to make the event stand out. For this reason we were in charge of the lighting design, the sound system and the management of the audiovisual equipment. This included the live broadcasting of the event with 3 cameras, allowing the projection of what was happening on stage through 2 LED screens of 4×2 meters.
To make this international gala dinner and awards ceremony an unforgettable event, we organized a live performance by a bossa nova quartet that brought a touch of elegance and sophistication to the event. Thanks to meticulous planning, world-class artists and impeccable technical execution, we were able to meet the needs of such a prestigious brand as Hewlett Packard and create a unique experience for all attendees.
